In 1989 on Singapore’s Chinatown, the Han’s opened the Jing Hua Xiao Chi, a place specialized on preparing dumplings. On a short time there were long lines outside the place and the customers left satisfied with the Han’s home made noodles and dumplings.

The Han’s picked every day the freshest ingredients from the nearby markets and worked hardly on their recipes, perfecting the flavor for the local taste. The Jing Hua menu has remained untampered ever since it was created on the restaurant at Neil Road in Singapore, where a brief selection of high quality dishes can be found, the ones that distinguish the Han family's Jing Hua.

Today, after 25 years, the second generation has come to present to the rest of the world the famous Singapore style dumplings.
